i think it's a special day because it's rare to get such dates.

Even though it's just a normal friday, everybody can choose to make it special.
Surprise someone you love or give your parents a hug
Why not? (i'm not saying that you should only do such things on special dates)
To the people who believe in the magic that today can bring.
I say 'why not?' make it a memorable one.
To the people who feel that this day is just any other random day no big deal, then just lead your lives normally.
Don't burst the spirit and say things like "i don't know why idiots believe in 11/11/11"
Cause i don't really think it's idiotic to make any day special.
and why do you have to hate on something that YOU SUPPOSEDLY don't even care.
So yeap i get it.
you don't care.
so now everyone who wants to make that day special are idiots?
Honestly, i think that 11/11/11 is also just another friday.
But i want to do something special for a loved one on this day
this post is just random
and me thinking about why there's so much self-centeredness
For example,
When steve jobs died
and everyone was talking about him
i read tweets like
"you don't even care when he's alive and now he's dead and you're suddenly so interested in him"
i mean DUH!
he just died!!
obviously he'll be talked about!
OBVIOUSLY people will be interested
DISCLAIMER:
i know this post sounds slightly self-righteous (whatver!! haha)
but this post actually came about not because i think the matter is wrong.
It's more like i'm very irritated with the other group of people who doesn't say nice things most of the time and when i read those nasty things, IT'S NOT LIKE INTERESTING GOSSIP AND STUFF. It's just complains about mundane stuff.
PET PEEVE ON SOCIAL NETWORKS
1. i dislike reading mundane complains about too many things
2. i get annoyed when i read stuff like "boy i love you" then the next day "boy i hate you" and "come on ask me out" and the next day "fuck off from my life, who do you think you are" and stuff like "3 guys just asked for my number" *ROLLS EYES
3. arrogant posts like "you know you want to get to know me cause i'm awesome" (and they don't even mean it jokingly because they make this kind of statuses almost every other day) *rolls eyes
I KNOW SO MANY PEOPLE ARE GOING TO AGREE WITH ME.
